Terms and Conditions

ROOM RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations can be made via email, via telephone or through our website and the room(s) will be blocked for 24 hours, until the reservation is formalized by a guarantee after confirmation of a deposit or bank transfer to the hotel’s account or by credit card.

If the cancellation of a reservation is made three days and up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, 50% of the room rate, per night, will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged, considering the Check In time of the day of the reservation from 12:00 noon.

The understanding and acceptance of the above policies will translate into a mutually beneficial relationship for our companies in the long term; and will contribute to Parc Royal’s continued focus on achieving total quality for our guests and customers in general.
